I'm Lucy, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, and if you feel that what I have described above sounds like you, then I have the training and experience to be able to help you turn things around. Trying to get the right help can be utterly confusing. I cut through the noise, keeping things simple, positive and achievable. I assist you in making the changes that you want, and give you lasting tools that you can use to ensure success long after your sessions finish.

I am logical, friendly, non-judgmental and keen to help you get the results that you want. I use a combination of Solution Focused techniques, Positive Psychology and the natural and relaxing state of hypnosis to produce results in a short space of time, meaning that you can change in as little as 8 - 12 sessions!

"I had been scared of dogs for as long as I can remember.  My phobia interfered with my profession, and my day to day life. A recent incident occurred when I was unable to step in and help my partner because of the presence of a dog, and this concentrated my mind and made me seek help.
