I'm Lucy, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, and if you feel that what I have described above sounds like you, then I have the training and experience to be able to help you turn things around.
I am logical, friendly, non-judgmental and keen to help you get the results that you want. I use a combination of Solution Focused techniques, Positive Psychology and the natural and relaxing state of hypnosis to produce results in a short space of time, meaning that you can change in as little as 8 - 12 sessions!
The initial consultation lasts 45 minutes and gives you the opportunity to meet me, to find out more about hypnosis and how the brain works, with particular regard to your personal situation, and to decide whether hypnotherapy is right for you.
Subsequent sessions will last 50-60 minutes, during which we will look at your progress and your goals. To induce the natural state of hypnosis, I will gently guide you with my voice into a state of deep relaxation and trance using visualisation. The part of your brain associated with creativity and finding solutions will be activated, helping you to come up with new patterns of thought and behaviour that are more in line with your desired future.
